Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location; it's attached to McCormack Place and close to everything I like. The rooms were beautifully lit, comfy, and clean, but unfortunately, they were not always cleaned well with rubbish left in the bin and no replacement soap or shampoo. The service was superb with great options like dry cleaning and valet parking. However, they need to up their game for the rates they charge. The dining experience, despite being included in my room package, was a bit of a letdown as I never got an answer even after 20+ rings. The daily fresh fish was a highlight. The hotel boasts impressive facilities like the very close convention center, but the Wi-Fi isn't ideal as it's not always included in the pricing.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a stunning view of the Chicago skyline from my room, though the AC was a bit of a letdown. The location was convenient for the Windy City Qualifier but a bit far from the central Chicago area. The hotel offered good services but the dining was overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and beautifully furnished, with amazing 270-degree views that made my stay even more special. The service was top-notch, offering excellent amenities and assistance. The location, although not in the heart of the city action, was ideal for me as it was close to Soldier Field and perfect for my weekend plans. The dining experience was a bit disappointing in terms of price, but the overall value for money was great. The facilities were fantastic, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
